TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before accessing or using our website in any way, please ensure that you have thoroughly read the Terms of Service listed below. So Stylized Graphics, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to those who fail to adhere to any of our Terms of Service.
PAYMENTS
All transactions are handled through our website unless otherwise stated. Third party processors (e.g., Cash App, Venmo, Zelle) will not be accepted. In the event that payment has failed, my designed request will be immediately canceled
All sales are final.
ON BOARDING POLICY
Email is the preferred method communication. Typical response time for e-mails is between one to two business days.
After the design form is completed, and information is confirmed by the designer, the service time frame will begin. In the event that the designer needs further information related to your design request, you will be requested by email. If emails are not responded to within one to three business days, the next client’s order will be prioritized. Because unexpected things can and will happen, we ask that you keep us updated if you require any additional time.

Turnaround Times
Timeframes for branding services might vary from 7 to 15 business days or more depending on the service. We will always do our best to deliver services on time, but being a sole proprietor, unforeseen events may cause us to fall behind schedule. Please remain patient as we work to complete your services.
Completed Services
By reading this, you accept these terms and conditions by So Stylized Graphics, LLC.
Design proofs are sent to clients prior to the final files being delivered. The proofs will be watermarked and are not to be utilized, sold, or redistributed in any way.
Clients are allowed three free revisions. When the number of allowed free revisions has been exhausted, clients will be responsible for paying additional fees. Keep in mind that revisions are just slight alterations (e.g., sentences, font, color way). There will be an additional cost incurred for the redesign in the event that a client requests one.
After receiving drafts, you must examine all design files thoroughly. The project is not "complete" until after approval from the client. Revisions will be added to the project if extra modifications are needed after it has been finished.
Unless otherwise specified, So Stylized Graphics LLC reserves the right to include client pieces within my portfolio and use them in marketing materials. When our work is complete, clients are able to do whatever they would like with the final design. However, clients are forbidden from reselling graphics to third parties or attempt to pass off the work of So Stylized Graphics LLC as their own. All drafts and completed projects are protected intellectual property of So Stylized Graphics LLC and may not be copied, altered, or used in any way without prior permission.
